PPSU and Freelancer (PHL) of Kembangan Sub-district, West Jakarta is alerted under Jakarta Outer Ring Road Toll (JORR W2). Kembangan Sub-district Head, Agus Ramdhani disclosed those are sent to handle inundation in such location when it rains.
